Working Principle

Raw water to be processed Is collected in tanks. A known quantity is pumped into the above tank where the water is dozed with alum for coagulation with heavy metals or insoluble matters.

The water after coagulation is allowed to settle for half an hour. The impurities may be removed by Reverse Osmosis techniques also. The supernatant water is taken to the chlorination tank where primarily disinfection is brought about by bubbling chlorine gas.

The water is then passed through sand filters for trapping of un- dissolved impurities. The water after sand filtration is passed through Carbon filters for removal of odor, color and also for de-chlorination. Product water has very less TDS value which is not good in Taste.

The Water gets bitter and to enhance the taste we are providing the Mineral Adding system or Blending system The Stirrer will mix the physical mineral in to the Mixing tank and Dosing pump will dose the Mineral to water before Ozonation with TDS Controller.

TDS adjustment can be done with Blending system by adding Filtered water after ACF through the proper treatment. Such Blending system is very easy in Operation and it will naturally balance the TDS in to the Product water.

It is then passed through series of micron cartridge filter comprising 5 micron followed by ultraviolet disinfection system for terminal disinfection.

Pressure Sand Filter

• Raw Water is first filtered by the filtration unit in series prior to feeding the RO Plant. Pressure Sand Filter unit is provided for removal of Suspended Matters & Turbidity from raw water.

Activated Carbon Filter

• Basic Natural water may contain Colour, Odour, Chlorine & Organics in different proportion, which is undesirable for portable application, and hence, it is necessary to remove the same from the water. The Activated Carbon Filter removes Chlorine, Odour, & Colour, Pesticides, Organics, and Inorganics Impurities while passing the water through Carbon Bed.

SMBS Dosing System

• The Chlorinated water may oxidize the membrane and to avoid the same precautionary we provide Sodium Meta BiSulphite dosing system

Anti Sealant Dosing

• The hardness salts of Calcium & Magnesium are likely to be precipitated if the concentration exceeds its solubility limit & it may fault the membranes resulting into scaling which ultimately leads to poor treated water quality from RO System. To prevent this Antiscalant dosing (scale inhibitor) dosing system is provided.

Micron Cartridge Filter

• Micron Cartridge Filter having Series of filtration with the 20 Micron, 10 Micron, 5 Micron, 1 Micron, 0.45 Micron & 0.2 Micron Cartridge. This is a Consumable Cartridge and should replace it after Days of operation. This for Extra Safety of Product water as it comes through a series of filtration and there are some chances of slippages of particles, which can be arrested through the Cartridges

Bottle Manufacturing by PET Blowing Machine:

• For manufacturing of PET Bottles for Different sizes and available in Semi and Automatic Operation up to 3600 Bottles per hour.

Rinsing - Filling – Capping – Sealing Machine:

• The bottles are fed into the machine which automatically rinses, fills and screws the cap on it. Caps are stamped with the date of manufacture and expiry before being put into the hopper for screwing on to the bottle.

Labeling:

• In this section, the labels and the neck sleeve are to be manually put on the bottles which will then pass through the shrink tunnels and onto packing conveyor.

Reverse osmosis is an increasingly popular solution in water purification. In many cases it has replaced conventional chemical deionisers. RO is popular because it removes the requirement to hold aggressive regeneration chemicals at the clients premises. It also does not produce a chemical effluent discharge. To many industries the security of an RO membrane is attractive as is the ability to readily validate the performance of the membrane.

Our Reverse Osmosis systems are some of the best on the market and operate at a reliable 70% efficiency with low energy membranes. So in other words, for every 100ml of impure water you put through the system, you get 70ml of pure water to service.

This is a pretty good ratio. You may find some companies promising you 80% efficiency, but you should be careful of these, as it simply means that their systems force the membranes to work harder. The result is that the membranes do not last as long and need to be replaced more frequently, thus reducing the overall cost effectiveness of the system. You should also be very careful of cheaply marketed Reverse Osmosis systems, as not all RO processes are created equal. We have come across bargain basement systems that have an efficiency of 25% or less. These are simply not worth your money and time.
